What a fixed cleaning quote actually includes
A fixed price is only useful if the checklist is written down. Here is what sits inside an Ecobris quote, and what is priced separately.
A low quote that grows on the day is the main reason people shop around after the first clean. We price from the property details before anyone is on site, then stick to that number if the scope does not change.
Included in a standard bond quote
- Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to the checklist
- Inside the oven, on the cooktop and around the rangehood
- Skirtings, switches, tracks and inside empty cupboards
- A written scope you can send to the agent
Usually separate
- Carpet steam cleaning, priced by room
- Exterior windows above the ground floor
- Wall washing, mould treatment beyond surface spots, and garage oil stains
- Heavily soiled ovens that need a second cycle — we flag that from photos
Send the bed and bath count, the suburb and a few photos of the oven and showers. The quote comes back as a single figure, with the extras listed beside it so there is nothing to discover on handover day.
