— How It Works
From quote to
checklist signed off
Four clear steps, a same-day written quote, and no deposit to hold your booking.

Typical timeline
Send us the details
Call, WhatsApp or email. We only need enough to price the job accurately, and we'd rather ask two questions now than surprise you on the day.
What to tell us
Photos are optional. A few phone shots of the oven, wet areas and carpets let us lock the price tighter, but a phone call is enough for most quotes.

Get a fixed quote
One number, valid for 30 days, with the full checklist attached so you can see exactly what is and isn't included before you commit. Approve it by reply and we hold your date.
Illustrative only. Your quote is priced on the actual property and the services you choose.
We clean the property
A uniformed, police-checked team arrives in the agreed window with every machine and product the job needs. You don't have to be there, and you don't have to supply anything.
How access usually works
If we find something worse than described, you hear about it before we start — a revised price in writing, and it's your call whether we proceed.

Pass inspection
You get an itemised invoice and a completion report listing what was cleaned, with photos of the finished property. Forward it straight to your agent — it's the document bonds get released against.
The guarantee
If the agent flags anything, we come back free
Send us the inspection report within 7 days of the clean. We book a return visit, fix the flagged items, and there's no second invoice.
The guarantee covers cleaning. It doesn't cover repairs, pre-existing damage, or wear the property already had — we'll tell you about those in writing on the day rather than leaving them for the inspection.
— On The Day
What a bond clean
actually looks like
A three bedroom house, two cleaners, an 8am start. Times shift with property size and condition, but the order rarely does.
08:00
Arrive and walk through
Room-by-room check against the quote, photos of anything already damaged, gear staged in the garage or hallway.
08:20
Oven and wet areas soak
The slow jobs start first. Oven, range hood, shower screens and grout go on to soak while the rest of the house is worked.
09:00
Top down, room by room
Fans, cornices, walls, switches, cupboards inside and out, windows, tracks, sills and skirtings. Every room finished before we move on.
12:30
Wet areas detailed
Back to the soaked surfaces. Descale, scrub, sanitise, polish tapware and mirrors, treat mould in silicone joints.
14:00
Floors and carpets last
Hard floors mopped, then carpet steam extraction on the way out so nothing walks back over clean flooring.
15:30
Final check and report
Supervisor runs the checklist again, photographs each room, and the completion report lands in your inbox before we leave the street.
Carpets dry by evening— Before We Arrive
Your side, our side
There's very little on your list. The one thing that genuinely changes the result is an empty property — we can't clean under furniture that's still there.
You handle
Still moving out on the day? Tell us — we'll sequence the clean around you, or shift the start time.
We bring
Nothing to supply, nothing to buy. If your property has no water on site, let us know and we'll bring our own.

Get a Free Quote↗How far ahead should I book?+
Two to three days is comfortable, and end of month is the busiest window in Brisbane. Same-day and next-day slots do open up, so call even if your handover is tomorrow.
Do you need to inspect the property first?+
Not for most residential jobs — property size, condition and a few photos are enough to quote firmly. Commercial contracts and unusually large properties get a free site walk-through.
When do I pay, and how?+
After the clean, once you've seen the completion report. Card or bank transfer, and no deposit to hold a booking. Commercial clients are invoiced monthly on agreed terms.
Can I reschedule if my settlement moves?+
Yes, free up to 24 hours before the booked window, and we'll do our best inside that too. Moving dates shift constantly — we plan for it.
How long until carpets are dry?+
Four to six hours in normal Brisbane conditions, longer in humid weather. We can leave air movers running, and carpets are always done last so the property is walk-ready when they're dry.
What happens if the clean runs long?+
That's our problem, not yours. The price is fixed on the scope, not the hours, so the team stays until the checklist is signed off.
