Can I book several services in one visit?+

Yes, and it's cheaper than booking separately. Bond clean plus carpet steam is the most common pairing — we bring both crews in the same window so the property is finished in one day.

Do I get a receipt for my property manager?+

Every job comes with an itemised invoice and a completion report listing what was cleaned. Agents ask for this to release a bond, and carpet cleaning receipts are issued separately if your lease requires one.

How do the “from” prices work?+

They're the starting point for a small, reasonably maintained property. Your written quote is based on size, condition and which add-ons you want, and the number we send you is the number you pay.

Do I need to be home during the clean?+

No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or arrange agent access. We photograph the finished property and send the report through when we're done.

What if the property is worse than described?+

We tell you before we start, not after. You get a revised price in writing and decide whether to go ahead — we never add charges to an invoice you haven't seen.

Do you take ongoing commercial contracts?+
