The products we use, and what we leave out
Eco-certified does not mean fragrance and water. It means the chemistry is strong enough for a bond clean and safe to leave in a family home.
Clients ask two questions: will it pass an inspection, and can the kids sleep in the house that night. The answer is the same product list we take to both bond cleans and offices.
What is in the kit
- A plant-based degreaser for kitchens and rangehoods
- A bathroom cleaner aimed at soap film rather than a bleach fog
- A neutral floor cleaner so timber and vinyl are not stripped
- Microfibre and steam where heat does the work of a solvent
What we do not use on a standard clean
We do not fog ovens with caustic aerosol, and we do not leave bleach in a shower overnight. Those products shift grease, and they also mark stone, eat silicone and hang in the air. If a surface needs a stronger treatment, we say so before we use it.
Fragrance is not a measure of clean. If a room smells like product when we leave, we rinse it again.
